This Policy explains what happens with your money and your credits when a result is not what you wanted, when an edit fails, and when you cancel. It is part of our Terms of Service.
In short
- AI can miss. Most photos come out right; some do not, and we do not certify that 100% will. We would rather say it here than in a dispute.
- Try before you commit. Every account starts with a free photo, and the Trial Pass edits 3 photos for $4 with no subscription. Judge the result on your own photos first.
- Cancel at any time, from your account, with no questions and no re-edit required. You keep what you paid for until the end of the period.
- A failed edit costs nothing. If a photo fails and nothing is delivered, the credit returns to your balance on its own.
- A delivered edit is not refunded in cash. It cost us the moment it ran. Run it again with Mark Fix whenever you like; that run costs a credit.
- A purchase you have not used can be refunded within 14 days.
1. What AI editing can and cannot promise
Every photo is edited by a generative model. The result is usually what a professional would have done with that room, and sometimes it is not: an object rendered wrong, a texture that changed, a detail that should have stayed. That is the nature of the technology, and we do not promise a specific photo will come out the way you expect. What we promise instead is that you can see for yourself before paying much, that you are never locked in, and that you never pay for an edit that was not delivered.
2. Try before you commit
A new account comes with one free photo, no card required. The Trial Pass edits three photos for four dollars, once per account, with no subscription. The Listing Pack also works without a subscription. Use them on the photos you actually publish, look at the before and after, and only then decide whether to subscribe.
3. Cancel at any time
Cancel from your account whenever you want. Cancellation stops the next charge. You keep access and the credits of the period already paid until it ends, and the credits follow the validity rules in the Terms (plan credits expire at the end of their month; one-time credits keep their own validity). Cancelling does not refund a period that has already started, and nobody has to go through a re-edit first: not you, not us.
4. An edit that fails
If processing fails and no edited photo is delivered, the credit goes back to your balance automatically, and the photo can be processed again. If you believe a credit was taken for a photo that never arrived, write to support@getglisting.com with the project and the photo, and we check the record.
5. A result you do not like
A delivered edit is a service already provided: the model ran and we paid for it the moment it did. It is not refunded in cash and not returned as a credit. What you can do, right in the app, is run the photo again: open it, choose Mark Fix, mark what should change and say it in words, or attach a reference photo, and process it once more. Each run costs a credit, the earlier version stays in History, and you choose which one to keep. There is no obligation, on either side, to go through re-edits as a condition of anything else in this Policy.
6. A purchase you have not used
A one-time pack or a subscription period from which no credit has been used can be refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of the payment. The refund cancels the credits of that purchase. Once any credit from it has been used, the purchase is considered in use and Sections 3 to 5 apply instead.
To request one:
- Email support@getglisting.com from the account's address with the purchase and the reason.
- Once approved, the refund is returned by Stripe to the payment method you used.
- It usually appears on your statement within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
7. Your statutory rights
Depending on where you live you may have a statutory right to cancel a purchase within a set period. Consumers in the EU and the UK, for example, generally have a 14-day cooling-off right for distance contracts, which may no longer apply once a digital service has begun with your consent. Section 6 is written to match that right. Nothing in this Policy limits any mandatory right you have under your local law.
8. What is not refunded
- Credits already used on delivered photos (Section 5).
- A subscription period that has already started (Section 3).
- Purchases older than 14 days, or from which any credit has been used (Section 6).
- Credits that expired under the validity rules in the Terms.
- Cases of breach of the Terms of Service, misuse or fraud.
